We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our high-performing team. If you are passionate about sales, have a track record of success in B2B sales, and possess expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Lead Generation, and Salesforce CRM, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and other lead generation tools.
- Execute outreach strategies to generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads, conduct research on prospective clients, and gather relevant information for sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Maintain and update client information in Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate records.
- Attend regular sales meetings and provide insights to improve sales processes.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Proven expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and other lead generation tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
