• Manage communication between clients and applicable team members
• Identify the right projects, submit agency proposals, and respond to interviews to close sales
• Process job invites, analyze client requirements, select the appropriate candidates and follow-up with clients
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
• Collaborate with creative team to update portfolios and manage business profile improvements to stand out from competition
• Ensure all project documentation is maintained properly in internal directories
