Description:

We need a motivated person to join our team as an Upwork Bid Manager for Generative and Agentic AI projects. Your job will be to:

Find Generative and Agentic AI projects on Upwork that fit our company’s skills.

Write clear, strong proposals to show why we are the best choice.

Send bids on Upwork and talk to clients if they have questions.

If we win a project, you’ll earn a percentage of the money we make. We’ll agree on the percentage together, and it will be fair.

What You Need:

Know how to use Upwork and its tools.

Write well in English.

Understand Generative and Agentic AI technologies to find the right projects.

Work on your own and manage your time.

Be ready to learn new things about Generative and Agentic AI.

Write proposals that are personal and show our value clearly.

Nice to Have:

Experience helping with bids on Upwork or similar sites.

Background in sales, marketing, or business growth.

Knowledge of our company’s work (we’ll train you if needed).
