Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, BARK, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Client Outreach: Actively reach out to prospective clients in the USA market, presenting Ocreateo’s services and unique value propositions.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth transition of clients to the delivery team.
  • Relationship Building: Act as the primary contact point for client queries, ensuring a professional and responsive communication experience.
  • Market Research: Conduct ongoing research on market trends, competitors, and target industries to refine Ocreateo's value propositions.
  • Proposal & Contract Preparation: Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Networking & Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with industry contacts and attend virtual networking events to further enhance Ocreateo’s visibility and reach in the USA.
  • Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and provide regular reports on leads, conversions, and client feedback.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition for a digital marketing or related agency.
  • Platform Expertise: Proficiency with Upwork, Fiverr, BARK, LinkedIn, and other freelance platforms.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, UI/UX design) and experience selling these services to international clients.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; comfortable with cold outreach and client engagement.
  • Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand client needs and articulate solutions effectively, providing an exceptional client experience.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape and an understanding of the needs of USA-based businesses.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess the performance of lead-generation activities and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
