Business Development Specialist

 

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in business development within the digital marketing industry. This role is crucial for generating leads, managing client relationships, creating compelling proposals, negotiating deals, and developing effective sales strategies. The position is full-time and office-based, with working hours from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, cold emailing, project bidding on online freelancing platforms like upwork etc and digital marketing.
  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork that align with our Digital Marketing and IT services, web development SEO, Social media marketing, e-commerce etc.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Create detailed and persuasive business proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to explain our services and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Keep track of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to management.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 12th or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or a similar role in the digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT & digital marketing services and industry trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to work from the office; remote work is not an option.
  • English skills are a must.
  • Can start immediately.
