Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty and business.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and convert them into sales.
- Effectively address customer objections and concerns to close deals.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales development or similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
- Experience with various sales tools and CRM systems like GoHighLevel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferably clear and unaffected accent.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with prospects quickly and effectively.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in mentoring or leading junior sales team members.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and support the professional development of others.
