We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Diligient Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a specific focus on affiliate marketing and email marketing strategies. You will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing innovative B2B marketing and partnership strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute effective B2B sales strategies to acquire new clients and build long-term relationships.
- Affiliate Marketing: Manage and optimize affiliate marketing programs to increase revenue and drive traffic to our platforms.
- Email Marketing: Design and implement email marketing campaigns targeted at B2B clients, optimizing for engagement and conversions.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging various channels including email campaigns, affiliate networks, and strategic partnerships.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to ensure long-term success.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong background in affiliate and email marketing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven ability to develop and implement successful B2B sales strategies.
- Expertise in affiliate marketing, including managing affiliate programs and partnerships.
