The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving growth and expanding market presence. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic planning.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential and valuable new leads in the IT industry.
  • Drive lead generation campaigns and generate new leads to increase brand awareness through different channels.
  • Develop fresh lead generation tactics according to customer needs.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential customers.
  • Manage leads to ensure consistent site traffic growth.
  • Maintain lead databases and track lead sources.
  • Submit marketing and sales pipeline reports.
  • Innovate and manage the sales process to gain new customers.
  • Sell ERP & SaaS based solutions effectively.
  • Communicate directly with potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to procure new clients from the target market.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the business.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
  • Create positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the software industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
