Business Development Specialist

Splash Sol is actively seeking a full-time Business Developer to join our Lahore-based team. The ideal candidate will work to identify potential clients, generate leads, and develop customer relationships. Collaborating with various teams, the Business Developer will work strategically to deliver tailored solutions to our clients.

Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Experience of 1-2 years in business development and lead generation
• Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
• Interacting with international Clients (US / UK / Canada / Australia)
• Strong negotiation and sales skills.
• Demonstrable experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Ability to operate in fast-paced and dynamic environments and work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team
• Fluency in the English language, both verbal and written, is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Ability to work on Upwork, Fiver, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts to bid on projects of every type
