Business Development Specialist – Edge Solutions Travel Management Company (IATA Accredited Travel Company)

 

The applying candidate will be involved in:

  • Lead Generation - Develop relationship with potential customers/clients. Generate, Negotiate and Finalize potential leads.
  • Relationship Building - Maintain relationship and take regular feedback from existing customers/clients of the Company.
  • Client Engagement - Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
  • Draft client proposals and contracts.
  • Product Knowledge - Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise clients about them.
  • Customer Service - Coordinate with operations team to make sure timely delivery of service.
  • Use of different channels of Promotion – Coordinate with social media team to prepare and finalize Facebook, Instagram and TikToc promotions.

 

Requirement and skills:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Sales Department.

- Good command over MS Word and MS Outlook.

- Should be able to communicate in English Language (verbal and written both).

 

Qualification:

- Intermediate/ Bachelor in Commerce (B. Com)
