We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in cold calling. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and setting up appointments for the sales team. This role is crucial in helping us expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry events.
  • Cold Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and qualify leads.
  • Pitching: Deliver compelling and concise sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products/services.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and nurture relationships to convert them into customers.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record all interactions and updates in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and detailed client information.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments set.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

 

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a cold calling or telesales role.
