We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as a BD Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with executives, presenting our services, and successfully onboarding new clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, a strong understanding of our offerings, and the ability to guide hospitals through the onboarding process.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Outreach and Engagement:

- Proactively reach out to hospital executives via outbound calls and emails to introduce and promote our services.

- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the unique needs and challenges of each hospital.

 

2. Presentation and Consultation:

- Clearly and persuasively communicate the value proposition of our services.

- Tailor presentations to address specific pain points and demonstrate how our solutions meet the hospital's requirements.

 

3. Onboarding Process:

- Guide hospitals through the onboarding process, providing clear instructions and support.

 

4. Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital executives to foster long-term partnerships.

 

5. Documentation and Reporting:

- Document all interactions and onboarding activities in system.

- Provide regular reports on the progress of outreach and onboarding efforts to the management team.

 

Qualifications:

 

1. Proven Experience:

- Demonstrated success in B2B Sales or business development, preferably within the healthcare sector.

 

2. Communication Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.

 

3. Customer Focus:

- Strong customer-centric approach with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.

 

4. Problem-Solving:

- Ability to identify and address challenges during the onboarding process.

 

5. Organization and Time Management:

- Highly organized with effective time management skills to handle multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
