Description:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the staff augmentation domain.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Work closely with marketing, recruitment, and operational teams to achieve business goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to organizational strategy and policy-making.
  • Use CRM software to keep track of sales activities and client information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience (2 years) in business development, sales, or a relevant role, specifically in staff augmentation or IT services.
  • Strong understanding of the staff augmentation industry and its current events.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in presenting, persuading, and closing deals.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
