Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience (2 years) in business development, sales, or a relevant role, specifically in staff augmentation or IT services.
- Strong understanding of the staff augmentation industry and its current events.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in presenting, persuading, and closing deals.
