Description:
Citrus Assistant is looking for an all-round Business Development Representative (BDR) to work with a Chicago-based B2B client. The role involves generating high-quality meetings using an account-based sales approach. This will include cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and managing lead lists. The BDR will work closely with the client to refine outreach strategies and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
Build and manage lead lists for outreach.
Personalize outreach for key decision-makers.
Work closely with the client to iterate and improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
Fluent English speaker with a clear, professional accent.
1+ year of experience in outbound B2B sales or lead generation.
Comfortable making cold calls and conducting discovery calls.
Proactive, accountable, and confident in client-facing roles.
Bonus Points if You:
Have worked with US-based clients before.
Are familiar with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Can share examples of successful campaigns you’ve run.
