Business Development Representative

 

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. This is a full-time, remote position responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to drive new business for our background check services in the Lahore, Sialkot, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, and Gujranwala regions.

 

Responsibilities

 

Lead Generation:

  • Actively identify and qualify potential leads through market research, networking, and referrals.
  • Leverage online resources and lead generation tools to expand the prospect pipeline.
  • Generate qualified leads by understanding client needs and pain points.

Lead Qualification:

  • Connect with leads provided by the head office and conduct thorough qualification calls to determine fit and potential.
  • Identify the correct decision-maker (POC) within a company and set up introductory meetings.

Client Development:

  • Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and present our background check solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our services and address client objections.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers and prospects.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address their concerns promptly.
  • Actively seek out opportunities for cross-selling and upselling our services.

Follow-up & Communication:

  • Proactively follow up with leads and customers via meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Report on progress and pipeline development regularly.

Travel:

  • Travel to Sialkot, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Multan, and Gujranwala for client meetings and business development activities.

Coordination:

  • Work closely with the head office team on proposals, contracts, and other administrative tasks.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with the team regarding progress and challenges.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development or related role.
  • Fluency in English, Punjabi, and Urdu (required).
  • Proven track record of generating and closing new business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Extroverted personality with a passion for building relationships.
  • Comfortable working remotely and self-managing their schedule.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the assigned territory.
