Responsibilities:
1. Email Marketing:
- Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Create compelling email content, subject lines, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates.
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven improvements.
2. LinkedIn Automation:
- Utilize LinkedIn automation tools and strategies to expand our network and reach a targeted audience.
- Develop and manage automated messaging sequences to nurture connections and build brand awareness.
- Monitor and optimize LinkedIn campaign performance for maximum impact.
3. Copywriting:
- Write persuasive and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including email marketing content, LinkedIn outreach content, sales pitches,
- A/B test copy to optimize messaging and drive higher conversions.
4. CRM Management:
- Implement and maintain CRM systems to track leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Segment and target leads based on their behaviors and characteristics to deliver personalized marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment of marketing and sales efforts.
5. Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to attract and convert qualified leads.
- Optimize landing pages, contact us forms, and conversion paths to increase lead-to-customer conversion rates.
- Implement lead scoring models to prioritize high-quality leads for the sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in digital marketing with a focus on email marketing, LinkedIn automation, copywriting, and CRM management.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
