Business Development Officer

 

Description:

The Business Development Officer will play a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and fostering partnerships that align with the company’s strategic goals. The role requires a proactive individual with strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research & Analysis:

o Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for growth.

o Analyze competitive landscapes and evaluate the company’s market position.

 

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

o Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.

o Manage existing client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.

o Prepare and deliver pitches, presentations, and proposals to potential clients.

 

Strategic Planning:

o Assist in the development and execution of the company’s business development strategy.

o Monitor industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and challenges. o Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

 

Networking & Representation:

o Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

o Build a strong professional network to enhance the company’s market presence.

o Develop and maintain a strong network of affiliate partners across Pakistan including schools, agent partners and international organizations.

 

Reporting & Documentation:

o Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress towards targets, and market insights.

o Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.

 

Qualifications:

Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

o A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., in Business Development or Sales) is a plus.

 

Experience:

o Minimum of two years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

o Excellent communication & negotiation skills.

o Strategic thinker with ability to develop & execute innovative business strategies.
