Description:
As a BDO, you'll identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategies to expand our marketplace presence. Your expertise will help us tap into new markets, increase seller adoption, and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business growth strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sellers, buyers, and industry partners
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including revenue growth and seller acquisition goals
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of driving growth, revenue, and partnerships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with market analysis and research skills
- Experience in ecommerce, marketplace platforms, or a related industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
