Business Development Officer

 

Description:

As a Business Development Officer, you will

play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. You

will be responsible for identifying and capturing new business opportunities,

building strategic partnerships, and enhancing existing client relationships.

Your proactive approach to business development will contribute to the overall

expansion and profitability of the company.

 

As a BDO your key responsibilities include:

 

1. Conduct thorough market research to

identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.

2. Analyze competitor activities and

industry developments to stay ahead in the market.

3. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of

potential clients.

4. Cultivate and maintain strong

relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Identify and establish strategic

partnerships that align with the company's goals and objectives.

6. Collaborate with partners to create

mutually beneficial business opportunities.

7. Prepare and present compelling proposals

to potential clients, clearly articulating the value proposition of our

products or services.

8. Work closely with the sales and marketing

teams to develop customized solutions for clients.

9. - Collaborate with the sales team to

provide support in closing deals and achieving revenue targets.

10. Provide regular reports on business

development activities, pipeline status, and key performance indicators.

Job Requirement:

People from all fields can apply, Bachelor's

degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

Banking, Leasing, Credit card and auto loan

experience mandatory.

Proven track record of success in business

development, sales, or a related field.

Understanding of the industry and market

dynamics.

Excellent verbal and written communication

skills.

Ability to effectively communicate complex

ideas and solutions to clients and internal teams

Goal-driven with a focus on achieving

measurable outcomes.
