Description:
BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a similar relevant field.
- Online bidding is mainly through Upwork, Freelancer, and other Bidding websites.
- Business and Revenue generation: Bid effectively to generate new business, branding, and contacts generation.
- Requirements Analysis: Identifying client requirements, and proposing appropriate solutions. Must be able to coordinate and share information with the suitable freelancer or team of the company to deliver accurate quotes.
- Proposal Writing: Writing proposals, RFP responses for prospects, and finalizing deals on behalf of the company/freelancer.
- Interact with clients to understand their technical requirements.
- Track and analyze competitor activities.
- Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.
- Putting bids in online marketplaces for projects on a daily basis.
- Dealing with international clients
- Identifying new leads.
Handling technical queries of clients and taking decisions on the basis of client communication. Communicate new project opportunities to existing & potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must.
- Good knowledge of IT Services and experience in Sales and Marketing is a must.
- Must know different web and app development technologies like WordPress, Shopify, Laravel, PHP, Website Design & Development, Android app development, iOS app development, Flutter app development, Ionic app development, and React Native app development.
- Should possess good interpersonal skills in Account Handling and Relationship Building.
- Should be proactive and should have excellent convincing skills.
