Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – Software Solutions to lead AI/ML, ERP (Odoo), and custom software development initiatives. This role requires a highly motivated professional with a hands-on approach, ready to work across global time zones, manage client relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate excels at technical and business proposal writing, closing deals, and proactively addressing challenges to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project and Client Management:
  • Oversee AI/ML, ERP (Odoo), and custom software development projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, understanding their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Provide leadership to project teams, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Proposal Development:
  • Draft and deliver comprehensive, persuasive, and client-focused technical and business proposals for ERP (Odoo) and custom software projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with client needs and expectations.
  • Sales and Lead Generation:
  • Identify, manage, and close leads for software solutions, ERP projects, and Microsoft migrations/Office 365 services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Shift and Time Zone Adaptability:
  • Work flexible hours, including dynamic shifts covering USA and GCC time zones.
  • Be available during off hours, weekends, and holidays to manage client interactions and close deals when needed.
  • Proactive Leadership and Team Building:
  • Lead from the front, actively engaging with clients, addressing challenges, and meeting targets head-on.
  • Motivate, train, and mentor employees to deliver high-quality results.
  • Customer-Centric Approach:
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer concerns with urgency and professionalism, delivering solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Market Research and Strategy:
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Propose innovative strategies to expand the company’s footprint in the software development industry.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, particularly in software development, ERP solutions, and AI/ML projects.
  • Proven expertise in writing high-quality technical and business proposals, especially for ERP (Odoo) and custom projects.
  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of successfully closing deals in software solutions and Microsoft migrations/Office 365.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work shifts and off-hours.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and team management.
