Semantic Minds is a digital agency specializing in AI-driven marketing, automation, and growth strategies. We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead sales efforts, generate leads, and close deals.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

Lead Generation & Prospecting (Mandatory)

  • Identify and qualify potential clients using various B2B databases (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Conduct cold email outreach and manage the pipeline effectively.
  • Build and manage an organized lead pipeline in the CRM.
  • Work closely with the team to improve outreach messaging and response rates.

 

Sales & Deal Closing (Mandatory)

  • Handle client communication, calls, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Convert leads into long-term clients by effectively addressing their needs.
  • Optimize the sales process by tracking performance and refining the approach.
  • Ensure a consistent follow-up process to maximize conversions.

 

Process & Performance Optimization (Desirable)

  • Knowledge of N8n workflows, Clay.com, and Perplexity AI is a plus.
  • Understanding of AI-based lead scoring and automation tools is desirable.
  • Work with the team to explore automation opportunities for sales outreach.

Cold outreach specialist – You can run and manage cold email campaigns.

CRM & pipeline management pro – You can structure and maintain an effective sales funnel.

Tech-savvy (desirable) – Familiarity with AI-driven lead qualification is a plus.

Excellent communication skills – Fluent in English (spoken & written).
