Position Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our SEO, web development, and digital advertising services. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving sales and business growth. The ideal candidate will be proactive, strategic, and have experience in generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals in the digital marketing and technology sectors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across SEO, web development, and digital advertising services.
  • Develop and execute targeted strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals, presentations, and digital solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of sales campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO strategies, and web development technologies.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product teams to improve service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within SEO, web development, and digital advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, web development processes, and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess market opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
