We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at PeoplePerfect in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring international clients for our bookkeeping, recruitment, and marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new international clients for bookkeeping, recruitment, and marketing services
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and emerging trends in international markets
Qualifications:
- BBA or MBA in Business Administration
- Over 5 years of professional experience in business development, with at least 3 years in international markets or BPO industries
- Proven track record of securing high-value international clients
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales software
- Strong understanding of global business processes
- Ability to design and execute sales strategies
- Analytical skills and reporting expertise
- Effective in handling escalations
- Skilled in market research and competitor analysis
