Business Development Manager

 

Description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Developer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. In this role, you will focus on driving new business, establishing relationships with potential clients, and promoting custom CRM and ERP solutions. Your goal will be to generate leads, close deals, and contribute to business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Identify & Generate New Business: Research and identify new business opportunities within CRM systems (SuiteCRM, SugarCRM, PerfexCRM, Zoho) and ERP solutions.

Lead Generation & Client Outreach: Generate new leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and industry events.

Build & Nurture Relationships: Establish strong, lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term business opportunities.

Sales & Revenue Growth: Close new business and work with the team to meet sales targets and revenue goals.

Proposal Development & Presentations: Develop and present tailored proposals, demos, and presentations to potential clients.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure deals that benefit both parties.

Market Research & Strategy Development: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify strategic opportunities.

Collaboration with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients’ requirements are understood and met effectively.

Client Onboarding & Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and continuous satisfaction.

Reporting & Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report on your sales performance, lead generation efforts, and business development activities.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the IT industry, particularly with CRM systems and ERP solutions is a plus.

Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong ability to build relationships and engage with potential clients.

Experience in preparing proposals and delivering presentations.

A solid understanding of CRM systems (SuiteCRM, SugarCRM, PerfexCRM, Zoho) and ERP solutions is a plus.

Self-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.
