Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager - Export at PURA-SPRING. The role involves developing business plans, expanding international business partnerships, managing export activities, driving business development, and leading sales initiatives. While primarily based in Karachi Division, remote work is also an option.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive export growth in the UK, USA, Canada, and Middle East markets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage distributors to strengthen market presence and increase product reach.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, customer needs, and trends in each region.
  • Set and monitor sales targets for each distributor and work with them to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute region-specific promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners to drive brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance analysis to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with export regulations and oversee necessary documentation for smooth international transactions.
