Business Development Manager

 

Description:

As a Business Development Manager at Megaplus Karachi, the candidate will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and businesses to target, generating leads through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Present products and services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, analysing market data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
