Description:
As a Business Development Manager at Megaplus Karachi, the candidate will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and businesses to target, generating leads through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present products and services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, analysing market data to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
