Game Tap Studios is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be adept at generating business opportunities through different platforms and delivering measurable success.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Generate leads and engage in prospecting activities to build a robust client pipeline.
  3. Handle client acquisition and foster long-term client relationships.
  4. Achieve sales and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
  5. Manage Upwork bidding and leverage similar platforms for business growth.
  6. Build networks and partnerships to enhance business opportunities.
  7. Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company objectives.
  8. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for tracking performance and growth.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2–3 years in IT and tech-based business development.
  • Experience with Upwork and similar platforms is highly desirable.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and freelance platforms.
