Business Development Manager

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Upwork Bidding Specialist at our Lahore District office. The role involves managing Upwork bids, developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth through effective bidding strategies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective strategies to win projects on Upwork for Exertlogics.
  • Create compelling and customized proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
  • Communicate with clients, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the Exertlogics technical team to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on bidding performance, client feedback, and market trends.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding and business development.
  • Proven track record of securing projects and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork’s platform and bidding processes.
  • Ability to craft tailored proposals that highlight Exertlogics’ strengths.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on client needs and market trends.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Fiverr and Freelancer is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the software development industry is a plus
