Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager - Upwork Bidding Specialist at our Lahore District office. The role involves managing Upwork bids, developing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth through effective bidding strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective strategies to win projects on Upwork for Exertlogics.
- Create compelling and customized proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Communicate with clients, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the Exertlogics technical team to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on bidding performance, client feedback, and market trends.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Upwork bidding and business development.
- Proven track record of securing projects and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Upwork’s platform and bidding processes.
- Ability to craft tailored proposals that highlight Exertlogics’ strengths.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on client needs and market trends.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Fiverr and Freelancer is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the software development industry is a plus
