Description:
We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring new business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities from online platforms (e.g., clutch, Upwork, Linkedin, Toptal, AngelList / Wellfound).
2. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to secure high-value projects.
3. Collaborate with our technical team to create customized proposals and pitches.
4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
5. Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
6. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
7. Managing company profile on the above-mentioned platforms and social media platforms.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of securing high-value projects.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills (English and more internal languages are plus).
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Experience with online platforms (e.g., Upwork, clutch).
7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
