Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving the growth of the company through the identification and development of new business opportunities. This includes building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring successful closure .

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, markets, and partnerships to drive business growth.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.

• Negotiations and Contract Management: Lead negotiations, draft proposals, and close deals that align with the company’s business goals.

• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure smooth execution of business development activities and customer success.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with majors in Marketing or Sales.

• Proven track record of successfully generating new business and managing key accounts.

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Ability to create and deliver presentations to senior executives and management.

• Ability to travel as needed.
