We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base in the call center and lead generation industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the lead generation and pay-per-call industry.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads, live transfers, and appointments for clients in verticals like Solar, Home Improvement, Insurance, Final Expense, and more.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the call center or lead generation industry.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation processes, pay-per-call models, and live transfer campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of compliance tools like Journaya and TrustedForm is a plus.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
