Business Development Manager

 

Description:

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

 

Responsibilities

  • Sales Pipeline Management:

• Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.

• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into opportunities.

• Maintain a consistent and structured pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Market Research and Strategy:

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the HRIS, HRMS, and recruitment industries.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to market demands.

  • Collaboration and Reporting:

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales within the HRIS, HRMS, or headhunting industries.
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end sales pipelines and achieving sales targets.
