Description:

As our Business Development Manager, you will focus on finding and connecting with new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and implementing strategies to increase revenue. You will also contribute to our online presence through content creation, including case studies and outreach messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential clients in the SaaS and IT services sectors.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Sales and Outreach Strategy: Collaborate with the team to create straightforward, achievable plans to meet business growth goals.
  • Market Research: Keep up with market trends and client needs, helping our team adjust offerings as needed.

Outreach and Networking Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold email outreach campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Engage with potential clients on LinkedIn through direct messages and content sharing.
  • Build strong, authentic connections through personal outreach.
  • Use other relevant platforms for networking and client outreach in the SaaS and IT services space.

Content Creation and Copywriting

  • Write compelling, clear proposals and presentations that showcase our services.
  • Develop engaging content for our website and social media channels.
  • Create case studies that demonstrate our team’s impact on past client projects.

Data Management

  • Use Google Sheets to organize client data, track outreach efforts, and manage sales pipelines effectively.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Experience: 1.5 – 2 years in business development within IT services or SaaS.
  • Language Skills: Strong command of written and spoken English, able to craft professional, persuasive messages.
  • Outreach Expertise: Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, cold email outreach, and personal outreach, plus familiarity with other platforms.
  • Copywriting Skills: Ability to write content that appeals to clients and clearly explains our offerings.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of software development concepts to accurately represent client needs to the engineering team.
  • Organizational Skills: Proficiency with Google Sheets for managing client information and outreach data.
  • Self-Motivation: Able to work independently, meet goals, and stay organized.
