  • Design and implement growth strategies aligned with Quixas Technology’s goals to drive client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering sustained business and long-term growth.
  • Strategically boost Quixas Technology’s brand presence across diverse digital platforms.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets independently, demonstrating strong initiative and expertise.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and areas for expansion.
  • Provide regular performance reports, tracking sales metrics, new opportunities, and growth indicators.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • At least 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related field with a proven record of success.
  • Demonstrated expertise in independently crafting and executing sales strategies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Knowledgeable in software development and digital business growth strategies.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a strategic approach to market challenges.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
