Description:
DigiDream is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our business growth efforts in the Dubai market. The BDM will be responsible for securing projects in three core areas: SEO, Digital Marketing, and eCommerce (Amazon/Noon store management). The ideal candidate will be based in our Multan office and will focus on identifying opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals with clients in Dubai.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth, with a base salary and an attractive commission structure that rewards successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Acquisition:
- Identify and secure projects in SEO, Digital Marketing, and eCommerce (Amazon/Noon store management) from the Dubai market.
- Build a pipeline of potential clients through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and social media platforms.
- Present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts with clients to close deals.
Lead Generation & Market Research:
- Conduct research to identify business opportunities in Dubai and monitor market trends.
- Develop strategies to capture business in key areas and stay ahead of competitors.
- Client Communication & Relationship Management:
- Manage client relationships from lead generation through the sales funnel to post-deal completion.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress, challenges, and market insights.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (SEO, Digital Marketing, eCommerce) to ensure client requirements are fully understood and successfully implemented.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Business Development with a proven track record of securing projects in SEO, Digital Marketing, and eCommerce.
- Strong Communication Skills (both written and verbal) in English, with the ability to present and negotiate deals effectively with Dubai-based clients.
- Market Research Skills to identify and analyze opportunities in the Dubai business environment.
- Sales & Negotiation Expertise to draft compelling proposals, close deals, and handle contract terms.
- Knowledge of SEO, Digital Marketing, and eCommerce Platforms:
- SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, local, technical)
- Digital Marketing tools and strategies (Google Ads, social media marketing, PPC, analytics tools)
- eCommerce management platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Noon Marketplace)
- Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools experience is a plus.
