We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Andaz. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role demands a deep understanding of the printing, packaging, and digital marketing industries, with a focus on pharmaceutical and dermatology packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B space, focusing on companies in the pharmaceutical, dermatology, and related sectors.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients. Stay updated on industry developments to inform business strategies.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their brand and meet their business objectives.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business development activities with company goals.

Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, showcasing Andaz's capabilities in printing, packaging, and digital marketing.

Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Andaz and build connections with key decision-makers.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, from concept to delivery. Coordinate with production, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance metrics to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the printing, packaging, or digital marketing industries. Experience in pharmaceutical and dermatology sectors is highly desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
