Redwood Information & Technologies is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving the company’s growth in the market. You will collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partnerships.
- Present and pitch company products/services to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports that clearly convey value propositions.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on sales strategies and client needs.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring profitability and long-term value.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Track sales and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build the company’s network and promote business offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA is a must.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and business goals.
- Strong understanding of market research and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
