Business Development Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong focus on international markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients globally, and driving growth strategies. This role requires proactive engagement with relevant companies via LinkedIn, emails, and other communication channels to generate business. The BDM will work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

International Market Exploration: Identify and research potential markets and clients in target regions including but not limited to the Middle East, Europe, and North America.

Lead Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, emails, and other professional networking platforms to generate leads and business opportunities.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company's objectives and market potential.

Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients, crafting contracts that are beneficial for both the client and Visionerz Pvt. Ltd.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

Market Research: Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, lead generation, and client feedback for senior management.

CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage client relationships, and analyze data to improve sales strategies.


Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, particularly in international markets.

Industry Knowledge: Experience in the technology or IT industry is highly desirable.

Skills:

Strong Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills.
Proficiency in negotiation, communication, and presentation.
Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills to assess market trends and opportunities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
