Business Development Manager

 

Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and promoting our services. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand our customer base, and enhance our market presence. This is an on-site position for the day shift.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with a neutral accent.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, with at least a year of experience in outbound calling is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage decision-makers and communicate persuasively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct outbound calls to decision-makers, introducing them to our services and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present and promote our services professionally and persuasively, highlighting their benefits.
  • Address any questions or concerns from potential clients.
  • Record accurate and detailed notes of each interaction and update the company database accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective delivery of services.
  • Adhere to company guidelines and protocols while representing the company in a positive light.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets to ensure the event's success.
