We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager with 0-2 years of experience in bidding on Fiverr and Upwork, as well as generating sales through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and target potential clients on Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn.
- Create and manage effective bids on Fiverr and Upwork to secure new projects and clients.
- Utilize LinkedIn to generate leads, build professional networks, and convert connections into clients.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the services we offer to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Requirements:
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and target potential clients on Fiverr, Upwork, and LinkedIn.
- Strong knowledge and experience in using LinkedIn for sales generation and lead conversion.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with the IT industry and understanding of web and mobile app development is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
