We seek a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team. You will be pivotal in building and managing a robust pipeline of clients seeking MEAN and MERN stack development expertise. This role offers a unique blend of responsibilities: lead generation, client liaison, project delivery oversight, and billing management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to secure new clients within the healthcare sector and beyond.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and understand client needs and challenges related to MEAN and MERN stack development.
- Generate high-quality leads through targeted prospecting, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and effectively presenting the value proposition of our services.
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings, presentations, and demos, showcasing technical expertise and a client-centric approach.
- Oversee project delivery through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams (developers, project managers) and external clients.
- Manage billing processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoice generation and customer payment collection.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor dynamics within the MEAN and MERN stack development landscape.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the business development department.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development or a related field, preferably within the IT services industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business development goals.
- In-depth understanding of the MEAN and MERN stack development landscape and its applications in the healthcare sector (a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
