1. Market Research and Analysis:

3. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients.

 

4. New Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations.

Develop and present proposals to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of the company's products or services.

 

5. Sales and Negotiation:

Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

 

6. Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to drive business growth.

7. Reporting and Analysis:

Job Requirements

You’ve got a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or something similar.

You bring 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, especially with IT products.

You're a pro at selling through platforms like Bark and Upwork, and you’ve got top-notch interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

You're tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

You're results-driven, always smashing sales targets, and you're ready to travel and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
