We are seeking a dynamic and experienced “Business Development Manager” from Marketing Agency to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
- Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and identify potential markets.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Strategic Planning and Reporting:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within a marketing agency.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
