Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, and partners.
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads through market outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Deliver compelling presentations showcasing EarnFlex Ltd.'s software solutions and value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor sales performance, manage pipelines, and accurately forecast revenue.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to support sales initiatives.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in software sales with a strong track record of success.
