Responsibilities:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Duties include identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients,
Collaborating with team members to achieve better results, and giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
Requirements:
Desirable requirements include a strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, a commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences,
Willingness to work evening timings from 5pm to 2am on-site when necessary.
Experience:
Candidates should have a proven track record with 3-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
Experience working with sales targets and have a history of successfully meeting or exceeding them.
