Hexing electrical., co LTD is looking to hire a BDM in Pakistan for its New Energy Division.
- Responsible for the expansion of EPC and installers, MD customers within the region.
- Maintain the customer relationship of EPC and MD.
- Understand the basic information of competitors in the market, including but not limited to products, prices, sales policies, promotion policies, etc.
- Complete and exceed the sales performance target and update the data on time according to the cycle.
- Assist the technical support department to complete the training for installers and EPCs, etc.
- Assist the marketing manager in completing store display, advertising placement, etc.
- Assist the after-sales manager to complete the after-sales services for EPC and MD.
- Arrange sessions with installers & EPC to guide our product & future plans to penetrate Pakistan Market.
- Attend road shows & exhibitions to enhance the market & sell.
- Accurately forecast revenue on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Core competency requirements for sales managers:
- Minimum 3-4 Years of experience in inverter solar industry. familiar with the local solar energy market, has numerous solar energy customers, and understands the situation of other brands, including business scale, pricing system, service system, etc.
- Have a proactive attitude, socializing and maintain close and good relationships with clients.
- Punctual and responsible & have basic marketing thinking.
