Business Development Manager

Apex Ascend is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Pakistan. The ideal incumbent will bring a proven track record in business development, sales, and possess exceptional team building, networking, and negotiation skills as well as a deep understanding of the London property market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Building business relationships with current and potential clients

2. Develop business growth strategies and improving business portfolio

3. Identify, approach, and negotiate property management deals in our key markets

4. Source new properties through canvassing and relationship management

5. Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into potential clients

6. Conduct periodic meetings with existing clients for feedback on satisfaction level from business services and potential clients to build positive relationships for business growth

7. Develop and implement sales processes, structure and best practices across the company

8. Preparing sales presentations and participating in strategic meetings

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Qualification

At least bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
