Description:

Main responsibilities will include:

 

1. Lead Qualification:

  • Respond to leads and prospects promptly through various communication channels, including email and phone.
  • Effectively qualify leads to identify potential clients and opportunities.

 

2. Client Engagement:

  • Engage in outbound calls to establish and nurture relationships with potential clients.
  • Secure meetings and presentations to showcase our offerings and address client needs.

 

3. Communication Skills:

  • Demonstrate exceptional English proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
  • Craft compelling and articulate responses to client inquiries, ensuring a high level of professionalism.

 

4. Sales and Business Development:

  • Drive sales initiatives by actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

 

5. Platform Management:

  • Manage Upwork and Fiverr bidding processes to secure relevant projects.
  • Monitor and optimize bidding strategies to maximize success rates.

 

6. Inquiry Handling:

  • Address inquiries related to marketing and software development, providing relevant information and guidance.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development and lead qualification.
  • Familiarity with Upwork and Fiverr platforms for bidding purposes.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer relationship management.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
