Description:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with solid experience working with a high-growth company. As the Business Development Manager, you will be a senior leader responsible for overseeing and managing our Business Development team. Your primary objective will be to create and execute strategic plans to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into valuable clients. You will play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious business development objectives, leading the team by example, and ensuring that we meet our Objectives and Key Results effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development team to ensure they consistently achieve their targets and objectives.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads through various channels.
- Lead Nurturing: Take the lead in engaging with prospects, nurturing relationships, and guiding them through the sales funnel.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans to achieve quarterly and annual OKRs.
- Sales Calls: Demonstrate your expertise by taking the lead on crucial client calls and presentations.
- OKR Achievement: Drive the team to achieve specific OKRs, including the number of calls/proposals, project closures, and new client acquisition.
- Networking: Grow our LinkedIn account followers and connections through networking, content sharing, and industry engagement.
- Upwork Optimization: Maintain a high interview rate for the Digital Marketing profile on Upwork by optimizing the profile and proposal quality.
- Data-Driven Approach: Implement a HubSpot analytics dashboard to track team performance and guide decision-making.
- Client Acquisition: Acquire new clients using various channels
Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business development.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Sales Funnels
- Experience in working with clients in the US, UK, & Canada
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
